Artist Paint for Peace Benefit
http://www.artistspaintforpeace.org/ Artists Paint for Peace is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing Free Murals & Facility Beautification for New York State shelters, group homes, and treatment centers, and Arts Training for the children who reside within them.
This space is pretty cool loft type space in Williamsburg. The $15 admission includes Free Beer donated by Sierra Nevada, West African Food made by Ma Skillets own Alicia Rau, and music by BMF, Benecio & the Del Torros, Ma Skillet and the Funky Fritters. Musicians bring your instruments there will be some jamming in the later hours...
